Scenario:
TechStars
aims to connect the brightest founders with the savviest
mentors. As a well recognized brand managing thousands of
applications to four different program dates in four different
cities, the incubator needed an application to alleviate
the challenges of its rigorous review process.
Solution:
With TheApplicants, TechStars successfully launched its
first program in New York City. Reviewers had instant access to
new entries, which they viewed via web and various mobile devices
(iPhone, Android, and Blackberry apps). The team took advantage
of labels to indicate admission status and rated candidates,
while staying completely synchronized across platforms.
In addition, they relied on TheApplicants to handle
interviews and scheduling with finalists. After a huge success
with TechStars New York, the incubator immediately opened
applications to other programs in their admin panel. In seconds,
they organized new workspaces for new sets of applications in multiple cities.

expanding non-profit organization is based in Boulder, CO and holds
